It’s built the same way TEAHI is: as a blend we standardize on purpose, so a restaurant or office serving filter coffee every day gets the same experience regardless of what any single harvest looked like.

Current blend: Catuaí Amarelo + 2SL Amarelo, wild fermentation + natural, 1,100m, 87 pts (SCA). Notes: peach, floral, green tea.

All KIAORA single-origin lots are grown on Fazenda Sonho Meu, in Sul de Minas, Brazil, by producer João Pedro Basso — roasted in Ocala, Florida.
